Buy your tickets right here!The Cayambis Sinfonietta, the New River Valley’s only professional chamber orchestra, is excited to announce that it will be returning to the stage in October. Now with seventeen players, this expanded ensemble will be performing an incredible program of some of the finest classical music of the Americas, including the world premiere performance of Venezuelan composer Josefina Benedetti’s “Uncertain Times.” In short, unlike almost any other US-based performance ensemble, a concert by the Cayambis Sinfonietta is nothing less than an exciting journey through some of the best instrumental music that the American hemisphere has to offer.
Not only that, the ensemble is particularly thrilled that on October 16, world-renowned conductor, Gisèle Ben-Dor, will be leading the ensemble. You surely won’t want to miss this concert!
